Pre-Written Responses

As discussed in Chapter 6, storing and re-using pre-written responses is a good way to save time. You can save even more time by using the ones I already wrote and put into Chapter 6, Spend Less Time on Responses. Save even more time by cutting and pasting these instead of typing them all in yourself!

• hoaxes
• chain letters
• jokes
• too many visible recipients
• any message (auto-responder)
